Adding Sublime Text 3 from Windows 10 Command Line (cmd.exe)

Adding #Subline (subl.exe) on the windows 10 thru PATH/Environment variable, for easy access on SUBL on cmd prompt

Steps:

1. Windows key
2. type "path" 
3. Select "Edit " :\Program Files\Sublime Text 3the system environment variables" 
4. Advanced tab
5. Click "Environment variables..."  button
6. Go to "System variables" list
7. Select "PATH"
8. Click "Edit..." button
9. Append ";C:\Program Files\Sublime Text 3" at the end of "Variable value:" 
10. Press "OK" button
11. And your done!
